CPCB Final Extension Notice – Annual Return Filing for FY 2024–25

New Deadline: 30th November 2025

Applicable to: All listed Producers, Importers & Brand Owners (PIBOs) and Plastic Waste Processors (PWPs) as per Annexure-I

Entities that miss this deadline will be subject to Environmental Compensation (EC) as per CPCB’s guidelines.

This is a crucial opportunity for all registered PIBOs and PWPs to align with compliance mandates and reinforce their commitment to responsible plastic waste management.
