📢 In a move to support PIBOs and PWPs, the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MoEFCC) has officially extended the deadline for filing Annual Returns under the EPR framework for the year 2024–25.

🗓️ New Deadline: 30th September 2025

This extension aims to remove procedural difficulties and facilitate compliance while reinforcing the commitment to environmentally sound management of plastic packaging waste under the Plastic Waste Management (Second Amendment) Rules, 2023.
